Yo! Long time no see!

I wanted to update you with some of my progress for the next update, which has advanced a whole lot since the last post! ......

(I started doing short devlogs over at Patreon and totally forgot to post over here, sorry!!)

Sex content

I've been clear about wanting to make a coherent story and add the lewd scenes later, but for some reason, I forced myself to change some script to make subpar scenes that weren't up to my standards as a plot writer. Language barrier or not, I know I wasn't doing what I wanted, which is one of the most important reasons I tried a new medium.

From now on, as I said in some past devlogs, I'm going to focus on writing a story and characters that I like. Once they are well-developed enough, I'll go back to learning animation and making lewd scenes. I don't want to make another boring "-Hello -Hi -How are you -We're going to fuck" route.

I'll continue making +18 4K Renders at Patreon, those are not in the way and help me improve-

I think I've come a long way comparing these to the start of the game (I'll rework both the scenes and dialogue once I'm certain I can do it without having to rework it again in the future)

Script

To be able to write some Shonen-type stuff, I first had to write mundane dialogue, which I've realized is my weakness!

Mundane + Dialogue instead of Plot + English Language = Disaster!

I do think that the next update shows a lot of improvement over the last one, same as last time, hopefully that means a never-ending cycle of upgrades for the script of the game!~

This update also showcases the first dabbling on important lore, and it's the most fun I've had while writing by a lot!

Progress

I've already written 2500 lines of the 3000 I want to do for it, and 2000 of them are proofread (70%~ total progress or so). The new Tarot Deck menu is also functional, although there'll probably be some unforeseen bug taking into account that I don't know Python! I'll be on the lookout for a quick patch as soon as I get any error feedback-

On an unrelated note, I'm also trying to add more music, as someone suggested in a review! Thanks!

After this update is done

After this one, I'll make another short update that contains the end of the "Real World" script, so that the next one after can be about what I've been waiting so impatiently to write, [Superpowery kinds of stuff!] 

I've made a lot of characters and written lots of text that won't be in this update just because I needed to see how they'd fit. Some of that content ended up deleted, and some postponed for future scenes. I probably should stop making things for updates that are not the next in line lol.

Although not for eeeeverything, I've paid a friend to help me with some lines' translation which I needed to make sure, were a 100% how I wanted them to come out- I would highly appreciate it if some of you could send me a comment if you encounter anything you don't understand when you get to play the new version!

I won't make a discord until The Buran Inside the Walls is up to my standards, so it might take a while. But, in the meantime, there are a lot of other incredible novels that you can play, with bigger communities that I'm sure will welcome you~
