4 days until 0.13! (Out in patreon)

The new update is now out on Patreon and will be publicly released 4 days from now on Friday!

Next post will be the actual announcement, be sure to try it out~

Now for things no one cares for (*drumroll*)----

On the last update I did make some a lot of mistakes, and I want to go over them and other things I have to discuss!

Audio levels: I can't fix this one without help from users, I work with speakers and they make hard knowing if a default audio level is too high or too low, after this update make sure to let me know about any possible mistakes and I'll fix em as soon as possible! I tried some background music too- but I didn't put that much audio in this update because of that.

Compression: I've learned a lot about compression quality and density of pixels - If my images are too dense they make the game take up a lot more space, I'll be posting on the page the compressed one from now on and the uncompressed version will be on a link in the next post (The quality isn't that different between them but the size they take is!~)

Language barrier: I'm not where I want to be, and this one will be the hardest and will take me the longest. Although I expressed myself better in this update, what I want to say and what I end up saying when I translate my thoughts is completely different and I'll have to work on this a lot. It will be better with due time, but bear with me for now!~

Renders: I've learned about the program hs works with thanks to putting the game demo out early, while you progress you'll probably be able to notice a sizeable amount of change in how I make the stills, I had to remake some- with what I knew by the end of the script, so expect a few jumps of quality that will not be present in the future (Again, still have a lot to learn and improve though, good sunlight indoors is hard for example!)  I've started to use photoshop too, although that will take me more time to master! Maybe?

Duration: Another important thing about the renders! I've noticed that I use too many images for the ammount of text they accompany, which makes it a lot harder for me to make very small updates- (Although this one specifically is over twice as big as the first one! wwww~) the text being the deciding factor in the time that someone can spend playing. Good games can use a single still for 5/10+ lines of text and I'll try to do that as much as possible but it's kind of hard for me to make something not appealing to my own eyes, so I don't have a solution for this one in mind yet.

Version number thingy: The version that comes out if you leave it by default is 1.0 (Which compiling? pages use to keep track of the update?) And 1.0 is the version used when a game it's finished.

That's my bad, sorry! In fact this was more like a test/demo version to know which things should I fix. <- I thought it was going to be a very bad idea, but in the end I learned so much from it, I think the positives outweighed the negatives by a very very veeery wide margin- Thanks to everyone!  From now on I'll make sure the version is always completely clear!

I do think that even though this update is not that good yet- it's a lot better than the first one- and I was hoping people would stop downloading it and visiting the page until I released the one I was working on, but a lot of people kept doing it!   Thanks for that I guess! wwww~

I really wanted to include here the Loading Android screen (Now that I know a little bit more about how apks work- I had to pamper the android users~)

Have a good day and see you next time!
